1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or booking a service with Central Maintenance Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

We provide residential, commercial, and post-construction cleaning services within Calgary and surrounding areas. Service descriptions and pricing estimates are provided in good faith and may vary depending on property condition or additional requests at the time of service.

3. Estimates and Booking

  • Online or phone estimates are based on the information provided by you.

  • Final pricing may be adjusted after in-person inspection or upon service completion.

  • Appointment dates are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • A valid phone number and/or email address are required to confirm your booking.

4. Payments and Cancellations

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept major payment methods as communicated during booking.

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

  • If our team cannot access your property at the scheduled time, a service call fee may apply.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We aim to deliver the highest standard of cleaning. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concern promptly.

6. Liability

  • Central Cleaning Maintenance Ltd. carries general liability insurance and is bonded.

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or items not properly secured prior to cleaning.

  • While our cleaners take great care, we are not liable for loss or damage to fragile or irreplaceable items left in exposed areas.

7. Access and Safety

Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises and ensuring utilities (water, electricity) are available. Our team reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary.

8. Website Use

All website content (text, images, and design) is owned by Central Cleaning Maintenance Ltd. and protected under copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.
